How fast can I receive my design?

Each design service has the option for a expedited delivery time of 1-2 business days or standard delivery of 3-5 business days.

What happens after I submit my case?

Your case is immediately entered into the design queue. You will receive a notice letting you know when it is being designed, and again once it is ready for your review. Once it is finalized and you approve the design, you will recive the download file.

How will I be able to review my design?

Each design comes with a live preview that allows you to rotate, review and provide feedback on your design from any standard desktop web browser.

Are photos required in order to submit my case?

Photos are not required, but are strongly recommended to improve deisgn accuracy and aesthetics.

Is it possible to pre-book a same day case?

It is not currently possible to pre-book a same day case. This feature is currently in development.

What happens if a service I pay for is not necessary for my final design?

You will be refunded for any services that are delivered as part of your final case.

Can I correspond directly with my designer about my case?

Yes, a secure chat link is provided when your case is submitted that allows for direct, protected communication with your designer.
